Children’s Smile Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dental practice with a simple belief: every child deserves quality dental care, no matter their family’s income. We accept Medicaid for children ages 1-19 across southwest Missouri, and for families who qualify, there is no cost at all.
With our three locations in Nixa, Aurora, and Branson West, we serve thousands of families who rely on Medicaid across the Missouri counties of Christian, Stone, Taney, Dade, Barry, and Lawrence.
Our team includes board-certified pediatric dentists and experienced general dentists, using modern equipment, holding ourselves to the same standard of care you’d expect from any private dental practice.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes. We accept Missouri Medicaid dental plans for children ages 1–19, including Healthy Blue (DentaQuest), Envolve (Home State Health), Scion (UnitedHealthCare), and others. Call us to confirm your plan. If it’s a Medicaid dental plan, we most likely accept it.
How much does a visit cost?
For families whose children are covered by Medicaid, dental care at Children’s Smile Center is provided at no cost to you. We bill your child’s Medicaid plan directly.
What ages do you see?
We see children from age 1 through 19. We treat toddlers, school-age kids, and teenagers, including high schoolers who want to get a visit in before they age out of coverage.
Where are your offices?
We have three locations in southwest Missouri: Nixa, Aurora, and Branson West. We welcome families from across the region, and we do not restrict by county.
